All orders that are received during weekdays (M-TH and Friday before 12:00 PM EST) are processed and shipped within 24 hours! Orders received during the weekend are sent out the following business.
Orders received before 12:00 PM EST (M-F) are shipped the same day.
Please view shipping charges before submitting payment. You can select the shipping carrier and method that best fits your needs. We ship daily via FedEx and the US Postal Service.

Refund, Return and Cancellation Policies:
We are pleased to offer a customer-friendly return policy. Your satisfaction is very important to us. We'll exchange items, replace them or refund your money if you are in any way unsatisfied with a product you ordered -- simply
contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. (Please note: refunds are not issued on food, DVDs, VHS, CDs and Cosmetics including beauty supplies -- defective goods or items damaged during shipping by us will be replaced with the same item.)
If you receive an item that is defective or was damaged in transit, please notify us within eight days of receipt. We will gladly provide a replacement at no charge once the defective item is returned.
All other returns must be authorized within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at: (310) 827-3027, to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization. Do not send items back without first getting an Authorization.
We will refund 100% of the purchase price (minus the shipping charges) on items that are returned in new condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that some products may have a small restocking fee.
Any products with a restocking fee will be clearly identified in the product description.
Because the return policy can differ depending on the product, please read each product page carefully prior to returning that product.
Additional shipping fees may be charged after an order is processed if the shipping information initially provided to us is incorrect.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or the damage occurred during shipping by us.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Custom orders cannot be refunded or returned. Closeout items cannot be refunded or returned.
Please note that tax duty brokerage fees may be applied by customs for orders to Canada and other countries. These fees will not be refunded.
Please properly insure your returned package(s). Although FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance, you may want to purchase additional insurance for costly items. The US Postal Service normal mail does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise you to purchase these services
for a nominal fee. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that have been lost in the mail.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed. If a refund is due, we will issue a credit at that time. If an additional amount is owed, please include an authorization to charge the difference.

Some items (including: clothing, jewelry, DVDs, VHS, CDs, food and some health and beauty items) may have a special return policy or procedure.
These goods are clearly marked on their respective product pages. Due to the freshness of some of the ingredients used in our health and beauty products, some of these items may be returned only within a limited time period. If

To cancel an order after it has been placed online, call our customer service department at (310) 827-3027. The entire amount will be refunded if the order has not been shipped. Please remember that we process and ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If we are unable to cancel your order prior to shipping, please contact us and request a Cancellation Authorization and instructions.
